Voters at Southborough Town Meeting on April 11 approved an alcohol license for a Costco wholesale store that’s proposed for 21 Coslin Drive, near the junction of Route 9 and Interstate 495.
The project has steadily advanced since October, when Town Meeting voters overwhelmingly approved a zoning amendment to rezone the 17.81-acre site from industrial use to allow for retail use in a 771-12 vote.
