Innova Smiles celebrates new era of dentistry on Maple Street

MARLBOROUGH — Innova Smiles held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 8 at its office at 340 Maple Street, Suite 100. Marlborough Mayor J. Christian Dumais, members of the City Council, and more than two dozen guests attended. The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) hosted the event.

Dr. Ambereen Fatima took over the practice in May 2025 and has been seeing patients for close to a year. The ribbon-cutting was the first public event under the Innova Smiles name. A dental office has been at 340 Maple Street for over 55 years. Among those in attendance were Meredith Harris, executive director of the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation, and Jessica Pesce of the MRCC Board of Directors.

“We’ve been taking care of patients here since last May, but having the Mayor and so many people from the community come out for the ribbon cutting made it feel official,” said Dr. Fatima. “This office has been part of Marlborough for over 55 years. We want people to know that same level of care is still here — we’ve just added new technology and new ways to help patients with everything from dental implants and veneers to Invisalign and emergency care.”…
