Now, he seeks to use HOA funds again, this time hoping to hire professionals to clean up the mess he created, all without consulting the other unit owners.
To make matters worse, there are darker clouds gathered over this management situation. The property manager has been accused of using HOA funds for personal expenses, including payments to his chiropractor and his dog walker. This unsolicited use of community money raises significant questions about the management’s accountability and transparency, with residents feeling the pinch of what can be described as embezzlement.
