CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -A 28-year-old Cleveland man who pleaded guilty to the deadly shooting of a Middleburg Heights teenager at a clothing store, will be sentenced Tuesday by Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge David Matia.
In May, Marvin Flemings Jr. pleaded guilty to aggravated murder and felonious assault.
