EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville man is in jail after Evansville Police Department officials say he kicked an officer during a traffic stop.
According to an affidavit, an officer was patrolling North Heidelbach Avenue when he noticed another driver, later identified as 66-year-old Terry Miles, recording him from his vehicle.
