HENDERSON, Ky. (WFIE) – After months of complaints, a Henderson county man tells us state EPA crews have fixed and filled a hole spewing methane on his property.
Steve Deutsch, a retired Henderson farmer, says the methane posed a health and safety risk being so flammable.
He says he called many people from the county and the state, until he was able to work with Madisonville’s branch of the EPA to fill the hole, and the best part is, he didn’t have to pay a dime…
