SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) — A Summerville man was arrested Wednesday and charged with operating a business without a retail license.
Kenneth Anthony Pinckney, 41, of Summerville, operated Swift Instillations, a business specializing in installing vehicle audio systems, window tints and car wraps. According to the arrest warrant, the South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) revoked Pinckney’s license in March of 2023 due to unpaid sales and use tax.
