TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man is facing criminal charges for allegedly shooting a victim during a fight.
Court records show Joshua Bernath, of Toledo, is facing a felonious assault charge and a tampering with evidence charge. He pleaded not guilty during a court appearance on June 25, records said.
