LUBBOCK, Texas — As temperatures rise, the City of Lubbock is reminding families of safety rules at splash pads across town.
The City of Lubbock Community Engagement and Development Coordinator, Ruth Perkins, said water balloons, glass containers, fireworks and other dangerous objects are not allowed at the splash pads throughout the city.
