WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The trial in the case involving an Oklahoma truck driver accused of intentionally backing over another man at a north Wichita truck stop last summer began Monday in Sedgwick County District Court.
In the case, 47-year-old Travis Briscoe faces a charge of unintentional, but reckless second-degree murder. Briscoe pleaded “not guilty” to the charge stemming from the Aug. 13 incident in which a 57-year-old Georgia man, Abdelmuttalib Mohammed, was killed.
