EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WKRC) – A couple was arrested after leaving their small dog in a hot car for more than 40 minutes, according to WFIE.
Frank Copley, 79, and Nancy Copley, 80, have been charged with animal cruelty in Evansville, Indiana.
