ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The father of Chauncia Meekins, the Steak ‘n Shake worker who was shot and killed through a drive-thru window, filed a wrongful death lawsuit this week.
Meekins died on April 8. She was 32 at the time.
