FEMA awards $349 million to Oklahoma and neighboring states for disaster recovery

OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma and several other states have been approved to receive $349 million from FEMA to help local communities affected by severe storms.

FEMA announced that Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico were all selected to receive post-disaster funding for Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program projects.
