AG Griffin investigates the fireworks company that ghosted Mountain Home

Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has opened an investigation into the Missouri fireworks company that abandoned Mountain Home’s Red, White & Blue Festival and stranded dozens of other Fourth of July celebrations across two states.

The case targets A.M. Pyrotechnics LLC of Buffalo, Missouri, the vendor that failed to show for Mountain Home’s display on July 3. Griffin’s office confirmed the investigation is active.

“This matter was brought to the attention of Attorney General Griffin, and he immediately opened an investigation,” said Jeff LeMaster, the office’s communications director.
