MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – An Arkansas man entered a guilty plea to federal charges Tuesday after he kidnapped a teenager from Beaver Dam last year.
A plea agreement filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas states Day pleaded guilty to child enticement and production of child sexual abuse material.
