Chicago man accused of robbing USPS letter carrier on Far South Side

CHICAGO — A Chicago man accused of robbing a USPS letter carrier on the Far South Side is now facing a felony charge.

Edward Thoma, a 28-year-old Chicago resident, has been charged with one felony count of robbery and one misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia possession, officials from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service announced Friday.
