Pastor Tony Spell must stay 50 yards away from home of neighbor he beat — except to check mail

Weeks after running across Hooper Road in Central to beat his neighbor’s 20-year-old son, the Rev. Tony Spell must stay away from their home unless he’s checking his mailbox.

Spell was arrested on a count of second-degree battery on June 23 after allegedly beating the 20-year-old for having yelled “f*** you” at him across the same road.
