CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A man killed in an east Charlotte shooting Tuesday night was identified the following day.
Police said the victim was 33-year-old Corey Barnard, and his next of kin was notified on Wednesday, July 15.
What happened
The deadly shooting happened around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, along Eastcrest Drive near Brian Creek Road.
