ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Albany County District Attorney Lee Kindlon said a 21-year-old Albany man was sentenced to prison for selling assault rifles and handguns.
The district attorney’s office said Isaiah Foy was sentenced to 10 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to attempted criminal sale of a firearm in the first degree.
According to a press release, a New York State Police investigation found Foy transported guns into the Capital Region from the South. Over several months in 2025, he sold undercover officers eight firearms, including six handguns and two assault rifles, on seven dates from Oct. 1 to Dec. 14…
