SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Tenants at Nob Hill Apartments had to evacuate the building following reports of a chemical odor on Tuesday night.
A statement from the Syracuse Fire Department said hazardous materials crews were called out to the area after tenants reported upper respiratory irritation from a reported chemical odor in the building.
