BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Four people formally tied to Impact Charter School in Baker and the non-profit it shared board members with are now criminally indicted in federal court in Baton Rouge.
Chakesha Scott served as the former chief executive officer of Impact Charter School and the Friends of Impact Charter School, a nonprofit corporation.
