LUBBOCK, Texas — Osemudiamen Olumese, 21, was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats after a massive altercation at a Lubbock Whataburger on July 5.
According to court documents, the Lubbock Police Department was asked to respond to a disturbance at the Whataburger near 114th Street and Quaker Avenue. Upon arrival, officers met with two victims, who were employees, and an additional witness.
