WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A 26-year-old Wichita man was sentenced to life in prison for murder on Thursday.
Edward Millan-Volcan pleaded guilty in May to first-degree felony murder and attempted first-degree murder in the July 17, 2025 stabbing death of Sinay Leon-Montoya.
