A 23-year-old man has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting his mother in the back while she sat in her car parked in front of the Fullerton Police Department on the Fourth of July.
According to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Emmanuel Wesley left his mother’s body inside of her car at a church parking lot, where it was not discovered for a week.
Theresa Jones, 61, was reported missing on July 7 after she failed to pick up her grandchild and didn’t answer her phone, prosecutors said…
