RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — One lane of Forest Hill Avenue in Richmond’s Southside will be closed for three months beginning next week for a water main replacement project.
Starting Monday, July 20, the eastbound side of Forest Hill Avenue between Hathaway Road and Chippenham Parkway will be closed Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for crews to replace water mains, according to a July 16 release sent to 8News.
