LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — An Omaha ghost gun company has been ordered to pay over $100 million in the death of a Kentucky teenager who had purchased the company’s pistol-building kit online.
The jury’s verdict on Wednesday focused on whether Husky Armory LLC bypassed federal regulations prohibiting gun kit sales to those under 21.
