SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Chatham County grand jury has indicted a Savannah man on charges of first-degree burglary and child molestation in connection with an incident that investigators say happened in April.
According to the indictment returned on July 15, Carlos Ortiz, also known as “Rico Ricon,” is charged with first-degree burglary and child molestation.
