EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A man is in jail after a weekend incident where he was reportedly walking in traffic.
Saturday around 9:45 p.m., police were called to an area of Lynch Road near Highway 41 for a report of a man stumbling around and going into the roadway.
