EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville man was arrested and charged with neglect after police say he left two infants and a 9-year-old child in a hot car by themselves.
Police were called to a business on South Weinbach Avenue just before 4 p.m. Monday to investigate a report of children left unattended in a car that had its windows up and wasn’t running.
