HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Sunday morning, drivers on Memorial Parkway northbound near University Drive were slowed down as police and animal control worked to catch two dogs.
At 8:40 a.m., Huntsville police sent a notice confirming traffic was backed up and said animal services was working to get the dogs.
Authorities were able to get the dogs off the major roadway, but as of 9 a.m., they were still working to catch them…
