LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Thousands gathered Saturday for a festival featuring local food vendors, live music and dozens of margarita flavors.
Organizers expected about 4,000 people to attend the event, which offered more than 100 drink options. Attendees traveled from across Arkansas to take part in the festival.
