When Namdar Realty Group took over the mortgage note on Gateway Center in Pittsburgh, it raised questions about whether the four-building complex in the heart of Downtown would become the next Pittsburgh Mills.
Namdar owns the Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills. Under Namdar’s ownership, the mall has become known for an extensive list of building code citations, deteriorating roads, ongoing legal troubles and shrinking tenant list.
Experts, though, don’t expect that will happen at Gateway Center, at least not more than it already has…
