Suspected DUI driver arrested after standoff with Tulsa Police
TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa Police arrested a suspected drunk driver Sunday after officers used pepper balls and an arrest team to remove him from a truck during a standoff near East 14th Street and South Lewis Avenue.
