NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A 16-year-old male has been arrested after law enforcement found a loaded handgun in his vehicle during a routine traffic stop.
An officer with the North Charleston police department noticed a vehicle full of young males pull into and park at the B&M Mart near Spruill Avenue at approximately 5:35.
The passengers reportedly froze and watched the officer’s patrol car as he initiated a traffic stop due to the vehicle’s illegally tinted windows and broken brake light.
