NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A Berkeley County man was arrested by North Charleston officers after he allegedly stole multiple trailers and a lawn mower in June.
The North Charleston Police Department began investigating on June 19 after a trailer theft was reported on Woodbine Road.
