Firefighters responded to a hazardous material call at a West Valley water treatment plant on Monday morning, authorities said.
A chlorine leak was identified at the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant in Tolleson about 8 a.m., according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
Firefighters are currently on the scene of a first alarm chlorine leak near 91st Ave. and Southern. The PIO is on the scene and will update as the incident progresses. A media staging location is currently being determined. pic.twitter.com/2QAuWjipXZ…
