LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The city of Las Vegas has reopened its Utility Tax/Sewer 2025 Rebate Program for low-income residents ages 60 and older, with higher income limits than in previous years.
Seniors age 60 and older who earn less than 150% of the federal poverty level may qualify. The income threshold is $23,475 for an individual and $31,725 for a household of two. Income limits for other household sizes are available at the application centers.
New applications will be accepted Aug. 1 through Oct. 15, 2026, for rebates on franchise taxes and sewer fees paid in 2025. Application forms are not available online. Applicants must apply in person at one of several city centers and must schedule an appointment in advance…
