NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– Have you ever gone to a McDonald’s in Virginia and their ice cream machine wasn’t working? Well studies show a Hampton Roads city has the worst odds of having a down ice cream machine.
According to The Action Network, the city of Norfolk has the worst odds in the state. Ice cream machines at Norfolk McDonald’s locations were reported down 36.4 % of the time, ranking the seventh-highest rate of any city in America.
The Hampton Roads region dominated the statewide list with Newport News ranking second and Hampton ranking third. The city of Chesapeake ranked seventh on the list and Virginia Beach ranked 14th.
