WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio (WJW) — The Willoughby Hills Police Department is investigating after an armed man shot through the doorway of an apartment and tried to force his way, before taking his own life.
It happened Monday, July 20, at a high-rise apartment complex at 27700 Bishop Park Drive.
