NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– Officers with the Norfolk Police Department and Virginia State Police are investigating an overnight incident.
10 On Your Side arrived on scene, in the 800 block of North Military Highway, around 4 a.m. and found a large police presence with crime scene tape blocking off a portion of the road.
A vehicle with hazard lights blinking is also blocked off by police tape. That vehicle has a large hole in the front passenger window.
Medics also left the scene shortly after WAVY arrived. It is unknown at this time if anyone was injured.
Norfolk dispatch says this investigating stems from an incident that occurred on the interstate and that VSP is the lead on the case…
