CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — North Charleston Police have arrested a suspect after a stolen vehicle from Summerville was found in North Charleston on Wednesday evening.
Lt. Anthony King says officers located the stolen vehicle on West Montague Avenue, but the driver fled on foot.
