LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The free Anita Franklin Communitywide Block Party was on Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Charles Young Center in Lexington.
The block party pays tribute to Anita Franklin’s legacy and her efforts to reach out to the children in her East End neighborhood.
