New Castle County police said an apartment complex parking lot issue has resulted in the arrest of a Claymont man.
24-year old Michael Bailey was arrested Saturday morning, July 18, 2026, after police were called to the Whitney Gardens Apartments on Naamans Road for the report of a disorderly subject with weapons.
