Arizona Churn Culture Opening Arizona’s First Dedicated Butter Shop in Mesa

After seven months of selling handcrafted butter at farmers markets across the Valley, Arizona Churn Culture is getting ready to open what its founders say will be Arizona’s first dedicated butter shop. The Mesa store is expected to open in late August or early September at 1235 S. Gilbert Road, Suite 12.

Bill and Melissa Prystash spent years visiting Valley farmers markets before realizing one thing had been missing: locally made butter. They decided to fill that gap themselves.

Melissa’s passion for healthy living and high-quality ingredients helped shape the business, and after leaving a 19-year career in the healthcare industry, she joined Arizona Churn Culture full time.
