POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 11:42pm on July 13th after reports of a domestic assault with injuries at the gas station at Tops on Portage Road in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller told police that there is a mother “beating her son” who looks to be about 6-years-old. The caller witnessed the mother punching the child in the face. The child was hysterically crying, screaming for someone to help. He was using his hands and arms to protect himself from the oncoming punches of his mother. The woman was described as a heavyset black female (i.e.: fat).
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the suspect and child were still on scene when law enforcement arrived or if CPS was contacted. No further information is available at this time…
