FBI arrests man in Stockton linked to international crime network

(FOX40.COM) — The FBI has arrested another man in Stockton as part of “Operation Hard Ball,” an investigation targeting alleged members of an India-based criminal network operating in multiple countries, the agency announced Wednesday.

31-year-old Harmanveer Singh, an Indian national, was wanted for his involvement with The Ravinder Dhanda Organized Crime Group, a group based in Vancouver, Canada, suspected of smuggling bulk quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, the FBI said.

On June 23, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Singh on charges of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, conspiracy to export controlled substances, and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances.
