NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — One man was arrested, and two people were issued summons Wednesday following an altercation at a Captain D’s in Newport News, according to police.
Officers responded to a report of a fight at Captain D’s, located in the 10100 block of Jefferson Avenue, at approximately 5:05 p.m.
