Truck gets tangled in, pulls down power line in Loveland

DENVER (KDVR) — In Loveland on Thursday, a truck got tangled in a power line, pulling it down in the process.

In an image shared by the Loveland Police Department on X, what appears to be a type of construction truck with a bed that rises vertically to dump material out of the back came into contact with the power line above, causing the bed of the truck to elevate and the pole of the power line to get pulled toward the ground.

One of the poles of the power lines was yanked to about a 45-degree angle, with its neighboring pole pulled slightly off kilter.
