EUGENE, Ore. — University of Oregon officials issued an alert in Eugene warning people to stay away from a specific area because of law enforcement activity.
The UO Alert said: “AVOID: 2345 PATTERSON. LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITY.” The message was repeated in the alert.
