JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Months after a Jackson Municipal Court judge ordered the property to be secured, the Chapel Ridge Apartments can still be accessed by anyone and are continuing to deteriorate.
In early March, Jackson Administrative Court Judge Kevin Bass ordered Chapel Ridge Holdings LLC to secure the property, giving them until March 17 to clean up trash, and install new gates and fencing to keep vagrants out.
